David-Alexandre Gava

David-Alexandre GAVA is an accomplished professional in the field of talent acquisition and human resources development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for France and BeLux at Siemens. With a background that includes leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development in France, David-Alexandre has also held positions such as Training & HR Development Head for France and South-West Europe. Prior to these roles, David-Alexandre worked as Responsable Emploi-Formation at Kantar TNS (formerly TNS Sofres). David-Alexandre holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Gestion des ressources humaines et services from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, obtained in 1993.
