Kate Blackford

Kate Blackford is an experienced professional in business development and legal counsel, currently serving as the Head of Business Development - Customer Service at Siemens since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kate was the Business Development Director at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) from October 2017 to September 2024. Kate's career includes significant legal positions at Bombardier Transportation, where responsibilities included serving as Legal Counsel and leading the legal team for bids, particularly on the Crossrail project.
