Mary Bissette-Clarke

Mary Bissette-Clarke, CCP, CHRL, serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Siemens Canada Limited since July 2007, leading compensation and benefits, mergers and acquisitions, and talent acquisition strategies for the Canadian organization. With a focus on developing global and national HR programs, Mary has significant expertise in integrating HR strategies with business objectives. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Total Compensation & HR Systems at Cara Operations, where responsibilities encompassed total rewards program development, and as Director of Rewards and HR Business Services at Northern Group Retail Ltd, focusing on reward program strategy and management. Mary holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College and a degree in Hotel & Resort Management from Georgian College.
