Ranjani Balasubramaniam

Ranjani Balasubramaniam is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in program management and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Program Management for SaaS Transformation at Siemens since 2007. In this role, Ranjani leads SaaS program initiatives, aligning strategies and managing change across the organization. Previous experience includes directing the Enterprise Program Management office at Siemens, focusing on transformational growth and sales excellence, and a series of progressive roles at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities ranged from product cycle planning to managing significant financial programs. Ranjani holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Wayne State University and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
