Renata Krakowiak serves as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Siemens, overseeing procurement across nine business units and actively participating in global procurement focus groups. Renata has successfully transformed the procurement function into a Group Shared Service Center and implemented innovative digitalization processes. Previously, Renata held various roles at Raiffeisen Polbank, including Vendor Manager, where there was accountability for vendor management and cost optimization projects, and Card Maintenance Manager, leading integration projects during mergers. Renata's academic background includes advanced studies in Procurement Management and Business Psychology, along with a Business Coaching diploma from PwC Academy.
