Rose Rakovalis

Rose Rakovalis has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Siemens since May 2003. Prior roles at Siemens include Sr. Director, Director, and Manager of Human Resources. Before joining Siemens, Rose held the position of Manager, Human Resources at GE from 2000 to 2003 and was a Human Resources Business Partner at Merrill Lynch from 1996 to 2000. Rose also worked as a Consultant in Human Resources at Oracle and Household Finance between 1993 and 1996. Educational qualifications include a B.A. Hons in Communications & Sociology from York University and a CHRM in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Humber College.
