Salma Rashad El Hamalawy

Salma Rashad El Hamalawy is the Global Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Siemens, responsible for leading the organization's global talent acquisition efforts and reporting directly to the Chief People & Sustainability Officer. Additionally, Salma is a Core Member of the RL100, a leading network for strategic in-house resourcing leaders, dedicated to enhancing standards in the resourcing profession. Previously, Salma held the position of Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Johnson & Johnson, where leadership focused on executive hiring strategies. With extensive experience in HR roles at prestigious organizations including Citi, Dubai Holding, and Tata Consultancy Services, Salma has contributed to significant recruitment initiatives across various sectors and regions. Educational credentials include a BA in Political Science from The American University in Cairo and further studies at MIT Sloan School of Management.
