Felix Cai

Felix Cai, CFA, MBA, CCP, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Total Rewards at Sienna Senior Living since August 2021. Prior to this, Felix held similar roles at TE Connectivity and Equifax, where significant achievements included the design of sales incentive plans contributing to substantial business revenue and the successful integration of compensation programs post-acquisition. With extensive experience in compensation design and strategy, Felix has also worked with Economical Insurance as a Compensation Advisor and held leadership positions at BlackBerry, Dynamic Funds, and Aviva Canada. Felix holds an MBA in Management Consulting from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
