Barry Wingert

Barry Wingert is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in delivering complex implementations primarily related to PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion systems across various sectors, including public and healthcare. Currently a project manager at Sierra-Cedar since March 2015, Barry has enhanced knowledge through training at Oracle University and has held significant roles at companies such as CSC and NTT Data Americas. With a career beginning in 1981, Barry has managed numerous projects, demonstrated expertise in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and led initiatives in organizations like the National Academies of Sciences and Kern High School District. Barry holds diplomas in Business Administration and Computer Programming from RRC Polytech.
