Shiva Prasad

Shiva Prasad is an experienced IT professional with over 12 years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and project management. Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at Sierra-Cedar since March 2019, Shiva has successfully led teams in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Performance Management and other areas. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Oracle, where Shiva provided leadership in production support and customization of PeopleSoft systems. Additionally, experience includes various technical lead positions where requirements gathering and deliverable quality assurance were key responsibilities. Education was completed at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, earning a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
