Reid Robinson is the current CEO at [Sierra Gold Nurseries](/org/sierra-gold-nurseries-inc). Reid has been with the company since March 2014, first as Vice President and then as Acclimitization/Greenhouse Grower. Prior to [Sierra Gold Nurseries](/org/sierra-gold-nurseries-inc), they were with UC Davis Plant Sciences as a Staff Research Associate in the Walnut Breeding Program. In this role, they coordinated activities related to both scion and rootstock walnut breeding, with the goal of developing genotypes with desirable traits. This required knowledge of farming methods, greenhouse management and laboratory procedures. Reid bred, propagated and managed thousands of individual genotypes and guided them through a stringent evaluation process, in consultation with other experts in the fields, to produce walnut cultivars of value to the industry.

Reid Robinson has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture from the University of California, Davis.

Jack Poukish is the President and Owner of [Sierra Gold Nurseries](/org/sierra-gold-nurseries-inc). Jack has over 25 years of experience in the horticulture industry. Jack was previously the Senior Economic Development Planner at the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency from June 1992 to June 1996. Jack has a passion for plants and is an expert in plant care and propagation. Jack is dedicated to providing their customers with high quality plants and excellent customer service.

Jack Poukish has a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs: Economic Development from California State University-Sacramento. Jack also has a Bachelor of Science - BS in International Business/Trade/Commerce from California State University-Sacramento.

Jennifer Hamill has been working in accounts receivable at [Sierra Gold Nurseries](/org/sierra-gold-nurseries-inc) since September 2019. Prior to that, they were an office administrator at Chase International from March 2017 to September 2019. From November 2006 to February 2017, Jennifer was the full-charge bookkeeper/human resources manager at Mt Tam Racquet Club, where they were responsible for A/P & A/R, bi-weekly payroll, member management, and employee software training. Jennifer has also worked as a front desk agent at Residence Inn by Marriott. Jennifer has experience with Quickbooks, Novatime, Accuchex, CSI Sprectrum Management, and Club Automation.

Jennifer Hamill has a Bachelor of Science in Resort and Lodging Management from California State University, Chico. Jennifer is currently working as a hotel manager.
