Ruth Jensen Sphr, Phrca

Ruth Jensen SPHR, PHRca, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent position was as the Managing Director for Human Resources at Sierra Health Foundation, where they focused on promoting health, racial equity, and racial justice through strategic grantmaking and other initiatives. Prior to that, Ruth served as the Chief of the Human Resources Branch at the California Conservation Corps, where they supervised a team and ensured compliance with laws and regulations. Ruth Jensen, SPHR, PHRca, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from Argosy University San Francisco Bay Area, which they obtained between the years 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from California State University, Fresno, completing their studies from 1996 to 1997. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Davis.

In terms of certifications, Ruth has obtained various qualifications. Ruth received the "Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)" designation from SHRM in February 2015.
