Mindi Weik

Mindi Weik has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mindi worked as a Software Engineer at Sierra Interactive, where they brought business logic and knowledge to aid in team problem solving and decision making. Mindi also served as an Onboarding Manager at Sierra Interactive, where they automated the onboarding process and collaborated with the engineering team and third-party providers to bridge solution gaps for customers.

Prior to Sierra Interactive, Mindi worked as an Associate Agent at Redfin, where they provided direct customer contact and ensured successful appointments and overall experiences. Mindi also worked as the Owner and Co-Founder of Best Foot Marketing, where they provided high-end marketing services for real estate.

In addition, Mindi has experience in the real estate industry as a Kalinski Team Licensed Assistant at RE/MAX of Boulder, where they oversaw transactions and supported the sales process. Mindi also worked as an Aquatics Director at YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, overseeing a team and training lifeguards and swim instructors.

Mindi has also held various roles at YMCA, including Program Director, Executive Assistant/Interim Director, and Lifeguard/Swim Instructor.

Furthermore, Mindi gained experience in event planning and communications as a Communications and Events Intern at the Arts and Education Council of Greater St. Louis and as a Social Media Intern at purePR.

Mindi Weik pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies at Maryville University of Saint Louis from 2010 to 2013. In 2017, they obtained an FAA License as a FAA Part 107 Certified Pilot. In 2018, Mindi obtained a Real Estate Sales Associate certification from the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. Continuing their education, they enrolled in edX in 2020 and completed studies in Computer Software Engineering in 2021. Mindi is currently attending Hack Reactor for Computer Software Engineering, starting in 2022 and expecting to finish in 2023.
