Ian Swayze

Ian Swayze is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Security Director at Sierra Nevada Corporation since November 2015, Swayze oversees security operations for the Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Security and Aviation business area. Previously, Swayze held various security management positions at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included managing security for special programs and corporate compliance. Swayze began a career in security within the United States Air Force, reaching the rank of Security Forces Operations Officer, leading substantial teams and operations. Swayze holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
