Troy Hamm

Troy Hamm is an experienced project manager and systems engineer at MAG Aerospace, focusing on optimizing cost and performance throughout project lifecycles. With a strong background in the US Air Force Reserve as a Personnel Training Manager, Troy has managed training programs for over 1,400 personnel and coordinated operations for high-value equipment. Previous roles include consulting and management positions at L3Harris Technologies, Sierra Nevada Corporation, and Raytheon Intelligence & Space, where Troy demonstrated leadership in technical projects and training.
