Debra Watt

Debra Watt has a strong background in the mortgage industry, with experience spanning over two decades. Debra currently works as the VP Divisional Sales Leader at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc., a position they started in July 2022. Prior to this, from June 2010 to July 2022, they served as the SVP - Regional Manager at Certainty Home Loans.

Earlier in their career, Debra held various roles at different companies. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at JPMorgan Chase as the VP - State Manager. Debra was the VP - Area Manager at CWHL from 2004 to 2006, and the SVP - Mortgage Manager at Bank of America from 2002 to 2004.
