Tyler S. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tyler started their career as an Engineering Intern at Pella Corporation in 2001 before moving on to work as a Sales Associate & Bicycle Mechanic at Skunk River Cycles. In 2003, they joined REI as a Sales Specialist & Technical Specialist 1 and later returned to the company in 2008 as a Sales Specialist & Technical Specialist 2. Tyler then transitioned to Innovative Glazing Solutions in 2009 where they worked as a Project Manager. In 2007, they joined Sierra Pacific Windows as a Commercial Project Manager and later took on the role of Territory Manager from 2014 to 2021. At Sierra Pacific Windows, Tyler served as an Estimating Manager from 2021 to the present and now holds the position of Sales Training Director starting in 2023. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in sales, project management, technical support, and training.
