Heather Johnson

Heather Johnson is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Sierra Space since May 2019, Heather has held various leadership roles, including Senior Information Technology Manager and Engineering Manager. Prior positions include Information Systems Analyst at Nevada County, CA, Engineering Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation, and Software Engineer and Operations Analyst at Sierra Nevada Corporation. Earlier in the career, Heather worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
