As a Primary Therapist, Marshall Turner, III utilizes his knowledge and skillsets to help those who are struggling with a form of mental illness to emerge into a better place to achieve personal goals for their success. He has worked with individuals that are suffering from substance abuse, as well as those who have experienced domestic violence as a youth and as an adult. His professional career has been dedicated to helping individuals recover from past and present trauma, specifically treatment for domestic violence, substance abuse, and other offensive behaviors.
Marshall retired from active duty in the US Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant in December of 2022. After 24 years of honorable service, he crafted a strong desire to serve others and help them understand the origins of their struggles to discover their abilities with a clear understanding and focus on their lives. At Sierra Tucson, he brings the individual’s mind and body together to function as one collaborative unit in recovery. With a strong belief in the person and a deep desire for change, his unwavering contributions will afford the best chances of recovery to each and every person that is seeking significant change in their life.
As a Licensed Associate Counselor, Marshall holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Master’s Degree in Counseling from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, and is a member of the American Counseling Association.
