Monica Clayborn

Regional Director, Outpatient Services at Sierra Tucson

Monica Clayborn brings nearly a decade of experience in the outpatient treatment setting as the new Director of Outpatient Services for the Sierra at Southlake satellite clinic.

Prior to joining Sierra Tucson, Monica served as a Director of Outpatient Services for four mental health outpatient clinics in the DFW area. Monica began her work in an outpatient clinic serving children and adolescents as a Program therapist before progressing years later as the Program Director. Monica has continued to strive for excellent patient outcomes and patient satisfaction scores within the outpatient programs. Monica is known for developing high-functioning teams through her servant leadership style, increased employee engagement initiatives, and evidence-based clinical program development implementation.

Monica has a BS in Child and Family Studies from Tarleton State University and MS in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University. She has over 5 years of leadership experience and is committed to providing quality care to the community. Monica has a clinical background as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
