Marco Sandoval

Marco Sandoval has over two decades of experience in HR, organizational development, and culture transformation. Marco has worked at SierraCol Energy, Oxy, and Citi, where Marco held leadership positions managing various HR functions. Marco has also provided HR consulting internationally and led initiatives in learning and development. Marco holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
