Elisa Palo is a dedicated People & HR Partner at Sievo since November 2022, specializing in employee life-cycle management for over 250 employees in Finland, while also managing occupational health and safety. Previously, Elisa served as a People & HR Specialist at Sievo, overseeing HR functions across Finland, the US, and Romania, including payroll, employee well-being, and system management. With a strong foundation in HR from CBRE Finland as a People Specialist and HR Coordinator, as well as experience in various administrative and customer service roles, Elisa has developed a comprehensive understanding of HR processes. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business from Xamk and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
