Jim Wilms

Jim Wilms has extensive experience in production leadership and technical service roles within the offshore and marine industries. Currently serving as Teamlead production at Sif Group since October 2013, Jim oversees operations in multiple production halls focused on offshore foundations for wind energy and oil/gas sectors. Prior to this position, Jim completed an internship in production at Sif Group in late 2013, and held various roles at Componenta BV, where responsibilities included planning, coordinating, and leading technical teams. Earlier career experience at Scheepswerf en handelsmij Tinnemans involved assembling inland vessels and conducting repairs. Jim has pursued numerous professional development courses, including certifications in safety and welding inspection, and holds an MBO in mechanical engineering.
