Heather Whitehead

Heather Whitehead has a diverse work experience in the legal field, primarily specializing in construction and real estate matters. Heather currently holds the position of Associate General Counsel at SiFi Networks since 2023. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, Heather worked as a Partner at Newmeyer & Dillion, where they focused on negotiating and drafting construction and real estate agreements.

Before Newmeyer & Dillion, Heather served as a Freelance Attorney at Montage Legal Group from 2015 to 2017. Heather was also an Attorney at Haney LaBriola LLP from 2015 to 2017, concentrating their practice on construction, real estate, and insurance coverage matters.

From 2013 to 2015, Heather worked as an Attorney at Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP. In this role, they were a member of the Risk Management and Insurance Practice, specializing in construction, real estate transactional, and insurance coverage matters.

Their career began at Palmieri, Tyler, Wiener, Wilhelm & Waldron, LLP, where they worked as an Attorney from 2006 to 2011. Heather handled a wide range of real estate transactional matters, including financing, property acquisitions and sales, commercial and industrial leasing transactions, and the development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Heather Whitehead pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1998, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Following this, they attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in 2001. Continuing their educational journey, Heather enrolled at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2005.
