Heather Whitehead has a diverse work experience in the legal field, primarily specializing in construction and real estate matters. Heather currently holds the position of Associate General Counsel at SiFi Networks since 2023. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, Heather worked as a Partner at Newmeyer & Dillion, where they focused on negotiating and drafting construction and real estate agreements.

Following this, they attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in 2001. Continuing their educational journey, Heather enrolled at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2005.
