Girish Pai

Girish Pai is a highly experienced Senior Staff Engineer at SiFive since October 2019, previously serving as a Staff Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor and a Senior Engineer at Oracle. With a robust background in developing scalable and reusable software for pre-silicon verification of processor chips, Girish significantly enhanced verification productivity by over 50x. Additional experience includes pre-silicon verification of digital designs using System Verilog's VMM/UVM frameworks and contributions to post-silicon validation of high-end server systems. Early career tenure includes roles as a Digital Design Intern at Texas Instruments and an ASIC Design and Verification Engineer at Wipro Technologies. Girish holds an M.S.E.E. in VLSI Design from the University of Southern California and multiple Nanodegrees from Udacity in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Self-Driving Car Engineering.
