Kevin Carroll

Kevin Carroll currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel for Litigation and Private Client at SIFMA, where responsibilities include providing legal counsel on litigation, arbitration, and private client matters, as well as authoring advocacy pieces. Prior experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel and Managing Director at SIFMA from 2007 to 2022 and as Assistant Director and Counsel at NASD (now FINRA) from 2002 to 2007. Earlier roles include working as a Business Transactions and Securities Attorney at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering (now Wilmer Hale) from 1998 to 2002 and as an Attorney at Gebhardt & Smith from 1996 to 1998. Kevin Carroll holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
