Ralston Vaz

Ralston Vaz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in communications and design. Ralston is currently working at Sift as the Internal Communications Lead, where they focus on shaping employee experiences and facilitating collaboration across virtual and organizational boundaries. Prior to this, Ralston worked as a Communications Strategy & Brand Storytelling Consultant at Daredream, where they led narrative development for email campaigns and provided consultation on product development. Ralston also had a tenure at Capital One, serving as a Senior Storyteller in Internal Communications and later as a Story Strategist in Consumer Bank Design, where they developed compelling stories, guided internal communications strategies, and designed presentation materials. Ralston's past experience also includes working as a Brand Strategist at Thinkory, where they developed the agency's brand strategy practice and consulted startup founders, as well as various roles at Robert Half and AT&T, where they focused on product design and internal communications.

Ralston Vaz completed a Certification in Visual Communications at Gibbs College from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Cardinal Hayes High School from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Computer Programming. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in design and branding from institutions such as IDEO U and LinkedIn.
