Katie Souder

Katie Souder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and project management, currently serving as Revenue Operations Manager at Sifted since April 2022. In that role, Katie leads cross-functional go-to-market projects, oversees CRM teams, and collaborates with finance and sales leadership to project revenue and establish annual targets. Previously, Katie held positions at SMG as Strategic Revenue Operations Manager and Client Success Manager, where responsibilities included CRM administration for over 300 users, technology integration, and development of company dashboards. Additional experience includes project management at Dimensional Innovations and a foundational role in sales operations at Be Found Online, where Katie implemented the company’s first CRM. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of Kansas.
