Arvind Gautam

Arvind Gautam has over 30 years of work experience in the IT industry. Arvind has held various leadership and managerial roles in multiple companies.

In 1991, Arvind started their career as a Sr. Sales Executive at Heritage Electronics Pvt. Ltd, where they were responsible for driving sales of computers, printers, and software products.

Arvind then worked as a Technical Manager at Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation (HARTRON) in 1994, where they played a role in starting training institutes in Haryana and Punjab and identifying potential partners for education centers.

From 1994 to 1996, Arvind served as an Area Manager at OMC Computers Limited, where they managed operations in a specific geographical area.

In 1996, Arvind joined Datamatics as a Branch Manager and was responsible for setting up operations in North India and acquiring large customers.

Arvind then worked as a Regional Manager of Sales (North) at GTL Limited from 1999 to 2001.

In 2001, Arvind became the Founder and Vice President of 3D Networks, where they managed the overall business, sales operations, and PNL in North and East India. Arvind successfully grew the business from scratch to INR 500 crore within five years.

From 2006 to 2012, Arvind worked as the Head of Business Operations at Wipro Infotech, where they managed a global information technology, consulting, and outsourcing company.

Arvind then served as the Vice President of Sales (Emerging Business and Practices) at AGC Networks Ltd. from 2012 to 2013.

Since 2013, Arvind has been associated with Sify Technologies Limited. Arvind started as the Executive Vice President and Business Unit Head, where they were responsible for managing various technology integration services. Arvind later became the President and Business Unit Head of Sify Digital Services Ltd, overseeing connectivity, data center, cloud, and IT infrastructure solutions. Arvind played a significant role in the company's growth, with an employee strength of 3,000 people and revenue of INR 3,500 crore.

Throughout their career, Arvind has demonstrated their expertise in building and growing businesses, setting up new business lines, and formulating go-to-market strategies. Arvind has a strong track record of achieving significant revenue and PNL growth.

Arvind Gautam earned a General Management program in IT from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2006-2007. Arvind also obtained a B.E in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University during the period of 1986-1991.
