Tarun Kumar

Tarun Kumar is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing technical operations and infrastructure. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at Sify Technologies Limited since August 2021, Tarun oversees daily IT operations, application support, and disaster recovery for clients such as NIVA BUPA Health Insurance Ltd and Nainital Bank. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Century Metal Recycling Limited, where Tarun led IT infrastructure and ERP management, and a deputy manager position at Everest Industries Limited, handling data center operations and SAP applications. Earlier roles included senior IT and SAP management at OSRAM INDIA and engineering consultancy at Stay Awake Incorporation, with a foundation in software development and IT consultancy dating back to 2007. Tarun holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from the Institute of Management Studies, GZB.
