Matt Finch

Matt Finch is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Group Corporate Development Manager at SIG plc since June 2022, Matt previously held positions as Mergers and Acquisitions Manager and Associate at Royal Mail, contributing from February 2019 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at Crowe UK, starting as a Trainee Chartered Accountant and progressing to Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance from September 2013 to January 2019. Matt's foundational experience includes internships at the IFRS Foundation and IBM. Matt holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business & Modern Languages from Aston University and has achieved first-time passes on all 15 ACA examinations.
