Sofia Mirkin

Sofia Mirkin currently serves as the Production Lab Team Leader at Sight Diagnostics, a position held since October 2020, after previously working as a Production Lab Technician. Prior to their role at Sight Diagnostics, Sofia held the position of Food Technologist in Quality Assurance at Tamam Aircraft Food Industries Ltd from August 2019 to October 2020. Sofia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Food Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment, graduating in 2019.
