Weston Laabs

Weston Laabs worked as a Data Architect at Sight Machine from 2022. Prior to that, they were an Analytics Manager at IHA from 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing IHA BI's analyst team through enterprise data warehouse design, planning, and development, translating requirements into specifications, source-to-target mapping, SQL query development, ETL using SSIS, dashboard development and deployment, data advocacy, and analysis to support Operations, Quality, Finance, and HR initiatives at IHA. Weston also advocated for and enabled data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

Weston Laabs received their Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Michigan State University in 2010, followed by their Master of Science in Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysis from the same university in 2012.
