Enzo Rivela

Enzo Rivela has over 30 years of work experience in the operations and supply chain field. Enzo began their career in 1991 as a Production Manager at Valeo. In 1995, they became a Plant Manager at Raco Spa. In 2000, they were promoted to Plant Director at Ponti S.p.a. In 2002, they were hired as an Operations Director at TP REFLEX GROUP S.p.A., where they were responsible for designing, managing and supervising the relocation project of all Italian production plants in Poland. Enzo was also responsible for managing group operations and supply chain, as well as the technical office department. In 2008, they were hired as a Country Operations Director at Essilor, where they managed and supervised Italy Group operations and supply chain. Enzo was also responsible for developing operations organization and strategy, leading operations improvement projects, and managing operations P&L, budget, capex and operations performance. In 2016, they returned to TP REFLEX GROUP S.p.A. as an Operations & Supply Chain/Purchasing Director, where they were responsible for managing group plants and supply chain, developing operations organization and strategy, leading operations improvement projects, and managing operations P&L, budget, capex and operations performance. In 2018, they were hired as a Group Operations Director at IMPRIMA Group, where they were responsible for managing group operations, developing operations organization and strategy, promoting and leading projects for continuous improvements, savings, best practice, and sustainability. In 2022, they were hired as an Operations Director EMEA at SightGlass Vision, Inc.

Enzo Rivela obtained their Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino between 1985 and 1991.
