Heiko Novak

Heiko Novak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heiko started their career in the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman from 1989 to 1995. Following that, they worked as a Sales Manager at Hostmark Hospitality Group from 1998 to 2005, where they managed various vertical market segments and was responsible for significant annual revenue. Heiko then joined Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants as an Area Senior Sales Manager from 2005 to 2011. From 2012 to 2017, Heiko worked as an Assistant Director of Sales at Kokua Hospitality, LLC. Currently, Heiko holds a position as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Sightline Hospitality since 2017.

Heiko Novak attended Illinois State University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a B.A. in International Business. Heiko'sfield of study included a minor in Economics within the sequence of Small Business and Entrepreneurial Studies. In addition to their degree, Heiko has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In January 2002, they became a Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) through the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Heiko also obtained the Global Travel Professional (GTP) certification from the GBTA | Global Business Travel Association in November 2020.
