Pamela Dorneden Cgsp

Pamela Dorneden has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Pamela currently holds the position of Corporate Director of Sales at Sightline Hospitality since September 2019. Prior to this, they held the role of Corporate Director, Travel Industry Sales at Kokua Hospitality, LLC from February 2008 to September 2019. Pamela also worked as the Corporate Director, National Sales at Adam's Mark Hotels and Resorts from March 2000 to February 2008. Before that, they served as the Vice President, Worldwide Hotel Services at BCD Travel (formerly BTI Americas) from May 1994 to March 1999, and as the Director, Travel Industry Sales at Hilton Hotels Corporation from March 1991 to May 1994.

Pamela Dorneden, CGSP, pursued their education in various fields throughout their career. In 1998, they attended DePaul University, where they studied Psychology for a year. Moving forward to 1997, Pamela obtained a Certificate in Neurolinguistics from the NLP Institute of Chicago.

In 2000, they embarked on a Certificate Program at B/coach! and completed it in 2002. This program focused on executive, business, and personal coaching at a graduate level.

More recently, in 2020, Pamela pursued further education in the field of Hospitality Management. Pamela obtained a Hospitality Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Customer Service Management from the AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.

Throughout their education journey, Pamela Dorneden demonstrated their desire to acquire knowledge and further develop their expertise in various fields, such as psychology, coaching, neurolinguistics, and hospitality management.
