Wilson Pun

Wilson Pun is the current Director of Outreach at Sightline Security. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior BA at Avant Consulting from June 2014 to March 2019. In this role, they assisted in collection of meeting details, requirements, and action items by delivering effective facilitation across Scrum ceremonies as well as creating meeting minute’s templates. Wilson also drafted, maintained, and delivered efficient metrics / trends to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Wilson was recognized and delivered bright spots to scrum team and stakeholders to ensure robust operational performance. Wilson also evaluated and eradicated impediments to ensure effective delivery of commitments. Furthermore, they planned, conducted, and headed all facilitation aspects of requirement meetings to identify / document report requests. Lastly, they administered day-to-day resource needs, while coordinating with various partners and team leaders to ensure effective alignment of project staff and forecast of production hours.

During their time at Avant Consulting, Wilson ensured successful operations through robust collaboration with Product Owners and scrum team; learned as well as shared experiences and ideas. Wilson also directed and established collaborative and supportive culture across all project to instill sense of ownership across all employees working on project. Additionally, Wilson played an active role in overseeing and monitoring definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements corresponding to cloud computing applications. Lastly, they managed and monitored mobile and web-based application by addressing and documenting Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.
