Kayla Raflores

Kayla Raflores is a skilled professional with diverse experience in technology and customer service. Currently serving as a CX Supervisor and Account Manager at Sightview Software since September 2023, Kayla previously worked as a Technical Support Consultant at MTX Group from September 2021 to June 2022. Earlier roles include Technology Services Consultant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from February 2019 to May 2021, and internships in software engineering at Publicis Sapient and research at the Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology. Kayla also contributed to student organizations as Webmaster for the Philippine Student Association and as a Course Assistant at The Grainger College of Engineering. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Anthropology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a High School Diploma from the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.
