Alexis Johnson

Alexis Johnson is a software engineer with experience in both internships and full-time roles. In 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at Sigma Computing. In 2019, they were a Software Engineer Intern at TripAdvisor, where they won an intern hackathon by creating an integration to discover unusually cheap hotels for given dates. Alexis also improved the consistency, accessibility, and personalization of TripAdvisor’s user experience as a full-stack engineer. In 2018, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Maverick Software Consulting, where they engineered and maintained software for Thomson Reuters’ Legal Professional Authority. Alexis also streamlined the processing of scraped data by configuring auto-update mechanisms and designed and implemented error handling functionality for the Legal Professional Authority user interface.
