Andy Hall has a wealth of experience in client management and operations within the BPO industry. With a background in companies such as Sigma Connected Group, Supporting Companies Deliver BPO Excellence, Sitel, and Teleperformance, Andy has held various leadership roles such as Head of Client Management, Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, and Operations Manager. Andy also worked as a European Learning Specialist at twenty4help and as a Production Supervisor at Procter & Gamble. Andy's education includes attending Whitley Bay High School from 1989 to 1993.
