Srini Ramayanam McIps

Srini Ramayanam MCIPS has a diverse work history spanning over 20 years. Starting as a Graduate Trainee at Lucas TVS in 2000, they gained experience in the manufacturing industry. From there, they worked as an Engineer in R&D at India Meters Limited before moving on to Hwashin Automotive India Pvt Ltd, where they held multiple roles as a Supply Chain Engineer and an Engineer in the Press Shop & Tooling department.

In 2006, Srini joined Lampada Luminaries as the Manufacturing & Design Lead, responsible for overseeing production and design. Srini Ramayanam then transitioned to Morgan Advanced Materials in 2007, where they served as Team Lead for almost nine years.

In 2016, Srini ventured into the procurement field, joining Avetta as a Supplier Enablement specialist before moving to TIC Group as a Senior Business Analyst in Business Performance & Strategy. Srini Ramayanam also worked at CASME Network as an Assistant Facilitator for Procurement Round Tables.

In their most recent role at Sigma Healthcare, Srini served as an Analytics Manager for their Over-the-Counter (OTC) and FMCG Suppliers, as well as a Senior Procurement Analyst for Direct and Indirect procurement. Srini Ramayanam has shown their dedication to the procurement industry by actively participating as a Committee Member for the CIPS Australasia division.

Throughout their career, Srini Ramayanam MCIPS has gained valuable expertise and knowledge in various sectors, including manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and business analytics.

Srini Ramayanam MCIPS has an extensive education history in the field of supply chain management and related disciplines. In 2015-2016, they obtained a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Melbourne Business School. During the same period, they also earned the Certified Supply Chain professional (CSCP) designation from APICS - Association for Supply Chain & Operations Management.

Prior to their Master's degree, Srini pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Swinburne University of Technology from 2010 to 2011.

In 2004, they completed their Bachelor's Degree from the Indian Institution Of Industrial Engineering. The field of study for this degree is not specified.

Additionally, Srini has a 4 Year Diploma in Tool Making from NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation) which they obtained between 1997 and 2001.

Apart from academic qualifications, Srini has obtained various certifications to complement their educational background.
