Deepanshu Saxena

Deepanshu Saxena is an experienced Data Scientist currently employed at Sigmoid since January 2022, where previous roles included Associate Data Scientist and Data Science Intern. Prior to this, Deepanshu held leadership positions at IEEE MANIT Student Branch from August 2019 to June 2022, including Chairperson and Joint Secretary, focusing on management, public speaking, and communication skills. Significant achievements include promoting a major event to over 1,000 students and collecting substantial registration fees. Deepanshu has also completed internships at CSIR India, focusing on switched reluctance motor research, and at The Sparks Foundation, where project work involved predicting student performance using supervised machine learning. A Winter Trainee position at Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Co., Ltd. included a study visit to a distribution substation. Deepanshu holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, completed in 2022.
