Andrea Wagner

Andrea Wagner has extensive experience in HR and organizational roles, starting as an International Trainee at Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG in 1996. Andrea has worked as a Junior Consultant at MC Personalmanagement GmbH, an Assignment Manager at Heidrick & Struggles, and as an Owner at The Marketing Company. Andrea later joined Spencer Stuart as a Senior Associate before moving to Eric Salmon & Partners as a Consultant. Andrea then worked at roastmarket as Head of Talent and Director People and Organization. Most recently, Andrea has held roles at SIGNA Sports United, including Head of HR Teamsports & Athleisure and Director HR & Administration Teamsport & Athleisure. Currently, they are serving as Director HR Tech&Data for the company.

Andrea Wagner began their education in 1992 at Middlesex University Business School, where they completed a BA Hons. in European Business Administration in 1994. Andrea then pursued further studies at ESB European School of Business from 1995 to 1996, earning a Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) in Business Administration. Additionally, Andrea attended Reutlingen University from 1992 to 1996, obtaining a BA in European Business Administration. Lastly, in 1994 to 1995, they studied at Aarhus Business School (Handelshojskolen) in the field of Business Administration.
