Guido Fredrich has extensive work experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. Guido currently works for the SIGNA Group of Companies as the Director and Head of Asset Strategy, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies for mixed-use developments and hospitality assets. Guido has successfully formed partnerships with renowned brands such as Rosewood Hotels and Nobu Hospitality. Prior to their current role, Guido held positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as the Regional Vice President of Acquisitions & Development, Aareal Bank AG as Vice President of Hotels, Cedar Capital Partners as Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management, and CBRE as part of the Hotel Consultancy Services team. Guido also gained early experience in the hospitality industry through trainee positions at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok and Beau Rivage Palace. Throughout their career, Guido has been involved in various aspects of the industry, including hotel financing, acquisitions, asset management, operator selection, and deal structuring.

Guido Fredrich's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from EHL, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Guido also completed a Certificate in Management Essentials in 2021 from Harvard Business School Online.
