Louis Müller

Louis Müller possesses extensive experience in corporate finance, focusing on debt financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and restructuring transactions. Currently serving as a Corporate Finance Advisory professional at SIGNA Group of Companies since March 2022, Louis previously worked at Trium Corporate Finance AG, specializing in cross-border M&A transactions in Europe and the Middle East from July 2016 to February 2022. Louis also contributed as a Research Associate at the University of St.Gallen's Institute for Operations Research and Computational Finance from August 2018 to December 2021. Louis's educational background includes a PhD in Finance, a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, along with an MBA exchange program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Louis also completed an exchange semester at the University of Southern California and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Swiss Armed Forces in 2012.
