Thibault Chavanat

Thibault Chavanat has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Thibault started their career as a Central Research Laboratory Intern at Lafarge Cement in 2010. Thibault then worked as a Junior Financial Products Structurer at Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets from October 2010 to April 2011. Thibault also briefly worked as an Assistant Engineer at T/E/S/S atelier d'ingénierie in 2011.

In 2012, Thibault joined Communauté urbaine de Dunkerque as a Design Theory Consultant, where they focused on the eco-district design process in Dunkirk. Thibault then moved to Unibail-Rodamco as an Asset & Project Manager for Gropius Passagen, a major shopping center in Berlin. Thibault was responsible for managing commercial operations, developing budgets, and implementing a restructuring project to improve the center's attractiveness.

From 2014 to 2016, Thibault worked as a Business Development Manager at EIFFAGE, where they played a key role in business development initiatives. Thibault then joined Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in 2016 as a Senior Development Manager.

Currently, Thibault holds two positions at SIGNA Group of Companies. Thibault is the Head of Project Development Italy and has been in this role since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager from January 2019 to January 2023.

Thibault Chavanat completed their Bachelor's degree at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 2006 to 2008. Thibault then pursued a Master's degree in executive engineering with a specialization in Design Theory at Mines Paris from 2008 to 2012. In 2009 to 2010, Thibault Chavanat also studied as a visiting student at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, focusing on Architecture and Town Planning.
