Veronica LeDuc, Esq., CRCP® has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Veronica currently holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer & Senior Associate Counsel at Signal Advisors, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as Chief Compliance Officer & Counsel at Republic Capital from December 2022 to May 2023. Veronica also worked as Counsel at Republic from April 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Republic, Veronica worked as an Associate Counsel at Carson Group from September 2020 to April 2022. From August 2019 to August 2021, they served as a Mentor at the TeamMates Mentoring Program. Veronica also gained compliance experience at Ameritas, where they held the positions of Senior Compliance Analyst (December 2019 to September 2020) and Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst (November 2017 to December 2019).

In addition, they worked as a Document Reviewer at Koley Jessen P.C., L.L.O. in March 2017 and as a Law Clerk at the Lancaster County Attorney Office in August 2016. Veronica began their career as a Compliance Intern at Ameritas from June 2015 to May 2016.

Veronica LeDuc completed their education at Doane College, where they majored in Political Science & Business from August 2009 to May 2013.

Veronica LeDuc, Esq., CRCP®, has a solid educational background. Veronica completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a concentration in Health Care Law at the University of Nebraska College of Law from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Doane University from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Veronica has obtained several valuable certifications. Veronica is a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP) from FINRA, which they acquired in August 2023. Veronica also holds the Series 7- General Securities Representative certification from FINRA, obtained in April 2018. Veronica is recognized as an Attorney by the Iowa Supreme Court, although specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this title have not been provided.
