Moritz Gerdes

Moritz Gerdes has a diverse work experience. Moritz is currently working at signals as the Head of signals (Co-Lead). Previously, they worked at Deutsche Bahn as a Project Lead from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they were the Manager Strategic Product Initiatives at solarisBank AG from 2017 to 2019, where they focused on elaborating strategic product initiatives. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at comdirect bank AG as the Business Development & Innovation Manager, where they established holistic innovation management.

Moritz Gerdes has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration, which they earned from the University of Cologne. Additionally, they hold another Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Moritz has also pursued higher education at Aarhus University, where they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership.
