Venkaatesh S V has a strong background in HR and operations management. Venkaatesh started their career at Suba Plastics Private Ltd. in 1999, where they served as a Manager HR for almost seven years. Venkaatesh then moved on to Katwa Infotech Limited, where they held the position of Manager HR & Operations for three years. In 2009, they joined Hindusthan Metal Casting Works as a Manager HR for two years. Following that, they worked at NDOT Technologies as the Head of HR & Operations for eight years. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Head of HR, Training, and Admin at iInterchange Systems Private Limited. Currently, they are serving as the Head of HR at SIGNALS & SYSTEMS India Pvt Ltd.

Venkaatesh S V completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University from 1993 to 1998. Venkaatesh then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Alagappa University. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the same university. In terms of certifications, they achieved the "Certified Indian Labour Law and Statutory Compliance Professional," "Certified PMS Expert," and "Certified POSH TTT" from SkillDeck Bangalore in September 2023. Venkaatesh also holds a certification as a SAP HR/HCM Certified Associate from SAP, obtained in February 2013.
