Zak Higson, CPA has a long and varied work experience. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder at Mason AleWorks Tasting Room + Kitchen (2018), Mason AleWorks (2015), URGE American Gastropub (2010), and Brothers' Provisions (2012). Zak was also the Co-Founder of The Barrel Room (2007) and Urge Gastropub and Whiskey Bank (2015). From 2007 to 2008, they were the Director of Finance/CFO/Operations at Anixter and a Consultant at Websense.
